Today, we tour the Thomas Edison House located in Historic Butchertown. We will see some interesting artifacts including phonographs, kinetoscope, the first home motion picture projector and many more items. Next, we visit the Muth’s Candy Store where “The Modjeska,” a candy confection, was created in Louisville. Lunch will be included at one of Louisville’s finer restaurants. This afternoon, we visit Whitehall House and Gardens, a Southern-style Greek Revival Mansion built in 1855 by John Marshall before heading home. Meals: Lunch
