Parents and grandparents, you are encouraged to bring your children along and enjoy the fun they will have in experiencing culture and history. The past and present unite in this exciting and educational tour of our nation’s largest city – New York – gateway to the “Land of Opportunity!”

Day 1 - HAGERSTOWN, MARYLAND - We travel today through West Virginia into the “Old Line State” of Maryland. Our overnight accommodations are in Hagerstown.

Day 2 - STATUEOF LIBERTY - ELLIS ISLAND - Today we drive directly to Liberty Park in New Jersey, where we board the ferry to Ellis Island, the nation’s main point of entry for millions of immigrants from 1892-1924. Next we ferry to Liberty Island to view the Statue of Liberty. Tonight, we board our motorcoach for a night-time driving tour through this glamorous city. This evening we will see the twinkling city lights from the Observation Deck of the Empire State Building. From the 86th floor of the Empire State Building, 1,050 feet above the city, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lights of New York City! Hotel accommodations for the next two nights are in New York City.

Day 3 - CITY TOUR - BROADWAY SHOW - This morning, we have an opportunity to see what the “Big Apple” is all about as we step aboard our motorcoach for a city tour. This afternoon, we’ll stop at the Toys R Us in Times Square before returning to our hotel to freshen up for this evening’s Broadway Show.

Day 4 - UNITED NATIONS BUILDING - This morning, we enjoy a guided tour of the United Nations Headquarters and General Assembly Building. After lunch, we depart the “Big Apple” and journey back to Hagerstown, Maryland to overnight.

Day 5 - HOME - After an included breakfast, we make our way across Pennsylvania andWest Virginia to the Bluegrass State with special memories of our School Break trip fresh in our minds. Meals: 2B
