We begin our day with breakfast (on our own) at the Keeneland Race Track Kitchen. Next, we walk to the backside of Keeneland Race Track where our guide will explain the training of the thoroughbreds as we witness their morning exercise regiment on the track. Next we head for the historic Darby Dan Farm. Queen Elizabeth was a guest at this farm in the 1980’s. This afternoon, we head to the “Thoroughbred Club,” a private horseman’s club, for a delicious included lunch in a cozy setting.One of themost thrilling parts of our day will come as we visit Three Chimneys Farm, to see “Smarty Jones,” the 2004 Kentucky Derby winner.
