IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AIRLINE AND CRUISE TOURS

1) A valid passport is required for tours that go outside of the United States. Passports are the responsibility of each passenger and are at the passenger’s expense. Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months after the return date of the tour.

2) The airline and cruise companies require final payment ninety (90) days prior to departure.

3) The airline and cruise companies have strict penalties for cancellation; therefore, we urge you to take out cancellation insurance to protect your investment. Refunds for airline and cruise tours will be made in accordance with the policy of the specific conveyance.
